What happens
The Blue Beetle, a masked crime fighter, works alone against a narcotics gang. He ties up Officer Mannegan at police headquarters and steals the fingerprint file for Joe Bugsmagotti. Along the way he rescues Commissioner Bellamy's daughter from kidnappers on the city streets and takes the gang's hideout on the waterfront. The episode continues into the next morning, when a rumored plot against an army aircraft is raised in conversation with Dr. Franz and Dan Garrett.
