Johnny dollar yes this is Christian Hollbeck at international life and casualty in Boston well mr. all back I haven't heard from you in three or four years I know how are you fine just fine mr. dollar but I'm afraid I have a bit of a problem well who hasn't I wonder if you could what was that nothing you
are going to say I wonder if you're free to come up here and see me right away I don't know why not long as you're willing to pay my expense account and Commission and maybe a little extra fee in addition.
Well, that remains to be seen. Because there is a quarter million dollar policy involved. Say no more. I'm on my way. CBS Radio Network brings you Mandel Kramer in the exciting adventures of the man with the action-packed expense account.
America's fabulous freelance insurance investigator, yours truly, Johnny Dollar. Expense accounts emitted by a special investigator, Johnny Dollar, to the international life and casual insurance company, home office Boston, Massachusetts. Following is an account of expenses incurred during my investigation of the three for one matter.
Expense account item one, 775, plain third of Boston. Item two, two and a quarter for a cab to international's office in the little building at the corner of Fremont and Boylston across in the Terrain Hotel.
Come to think of it, it's not too far from station W E E I that carries the broadcast reports in these cases. All Beck is in his late 40s tall blonde lantern jawed. His casual manner and rather bland expression be lie a sharp keenly analytical mind.
I've always had the feeling that he might always be just one jump ahead of me. Sit down. Won't you, Mr. Dallen? Thank you, Chris. Only why the mister? Well, after all, you are in Boston, you know.
