Death From The Deep

Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? The shadow of a month crunched in a man of wealth, a student of science, and a master of other people's minds devotes his life to writing wrongs, protecting the innocent, and punishing the guilty.

Using advanced methods that may ultimately become available to all law enforcement agencies, Cranston is known to the underworld as the Shadow. Never seen, only heard, as haunting the superstitious mind as a ghost, as inevitable as a guilty conscious.

The Shadow's true identity is known only to his constant friend and aide, Margot Lane. Today's story is Death from the Beast. With the water, Captain. Calm is our milk pond. I tell you, I don't like it.

Ah, now, Mr. McLennan, that's not good talk for a first mate. It's how like a superstitious deck swabber. The elements feel kindly taught as let them be. I know, Captain. But five days with the sea as full as a skate and rake.

In case I've bad omen. Well, Mr. McLennan, perhaps we'll have a good score tomorrow to restore your peace of mind. For myself, I'll take anything. What's that? It's only like an engine roof. That was more than a boiler, McPannan.

Hello. Hello. Hello down there. My darn Chancellor. Hello, Captain. Captain. We've been... Hello down there. We've been what? Captain Jones, look, look there. Look at that white path on the water coming towards us. Is it torpedo?

In that it war. Full-fast Captain. It's going to hit me, ship. Yes, Captain. They're all life-force clear. Oh, but this one, sir. And lower away. All lively, then. But it's just getting away in time.
