That song Sierra Sioux reminds me of an incident that took place a few months ago when Dale and Pat and I made a trip up to Bishop, which is located right at the foot of the beautiful Sierra Mountains.

Bill Bowers and his daughter live up there. Susan, but everybody calls her Sierra Susan. Villadon invited us up to celebrate Susan's birthday, and she was the apple of his eye, and he really went all out to give her a big party.
