internationally famous Pat Blue Ribbon. Binance beer served anywhere, proudly presents the life of Riley, starring William Bendix as Riley. See I have Pat Blue Ribbon. What have you had Pat Blue Ribbon? Blue Ribbon, Blue Ribbon, Blue Ribbon.
At least once a year, the subject of buying a new car comes up in the Riley household.
Now for example, in 1937, Mrs. Riley was heard to say to her husband, Riley, why don't we get a new car? Next year I promised. And then in 1941, she said, Riley, are we ever gonna get a new car?
Next year, I promise. And now it's 1950. And Mrs. Riley is saying... Riley, are we ever gonna get a new car? Next year, I promise. Did I ever break a promise? Boy, you should see this well-bewed Pinky Johnson father guy.
Oh, honest, daddy. It's simply dreaming. I wish Pop could afford a car like Mr. Johnson. Boy, some kids are lucky. Oh, so just because I'm your father, you're out of luck, huh? Oh, I didn't mean it.
Let me tell you something, young man. I can afford anything that poor, flush your junk and can afford. I ain't broke. I ain't a bum, you know. Well, if you're doing so good, pop, how about raising my allowance?
All right, have it your other way. I'm a bum. I never have a car. Well, I know why you want a car. So every Saturday night you and one of your boyfriends can park up there on Mulholland Drive to all hours.
Oh my God! Yeah, what about me? I'll freeze sitting behind that wheelhouse tonight, doesn't it? I'll stop bothering me about a new car. We'll get one, we'll get one. Oh, well! Next year, I promise.
