The makers of Campbell's Soup Presents, the Campbell Playhouse. Orson Wells, producers. One of the season's best-sellers, Wixford Point, by last year's Pulitzer Prize winner,

John P. Markwand, is the Campbell Playhouse selection as the best new book for May, a choice which will probably surprise nobody. Wixford Point is the story of that immovable object known as an old family.

And believe me, the Brill's are as entertaining and as plausibly improbable a collection of American ghouls as you've ever encountered. The Brill's are quite a story, but we'll leave them, I'm afraid, tonight, pretty much as we found them.

He is John T. Marquand, the author. But now just before we begin, a word from Ennis Cappell. Let me ask what comes to your mind when I mention chicken for dinner. Naha, I think I know.
