You all remember met for Golden mares famous Maisie picture in just a moment You'll hear Maisie in radio knowing the same glamorous are you all went to see and lost on the screen and Southern but first you're an officer And Southern as Maisie Yep, I'm Maisie like the man said

Maisie was here from Brooklyn, USA. I Remember I used to live near the river and there was a view from our window On a clear day you could look out and see the laundry hanging out in the line.

The boarding house I'm living in now ain't no Shangri-La either. And it's pretty far from Brooklyn too. But my room is clean and the other board is in line. Especially at Ejordi. Eddie's got educated brains too.

He knows everything. History, geometry, mathematics, and your pardon expression, physics. Everything that guy knows, except how to make a living and how to keep a date. I haven't seen Eddie in a couple of weeks now. We had a fight to see and it was all my fault.

But he apologized so I forgave him. Now I'm sorry Eddie again. He's made dates with me night after night and he's always standing me up. And after last night I'm really burning up at him.

Oh pardon me. There's somebody pummeling on my door. Pummeling? That's the word Eddie taught me. Gosh, the thing that man knows. Come in. Hello, Maisie, honey. Oh. Hello, Edward. What's the matter, sugar? You're looking at me as if you never saw me before.

Oh, I've seen it before, but not lately. Where were you last night? I thought we had a date to watch television. Oh, I'm sorry, Maisie. Well, that's all right, Eddy. I watched the shows by myself.
