Once upon a time a poor boy named Jack traded the only possession he and his mother had, a cow for a few beans. When Jack came home his mother was very mad. Your trade wasn't worth beans she cried and threw them out of the window.
The next morning the beans had grown into a huge beanstalk. Jack climbed up the beanstalk and found a huge castle where a giant lived. Jack spied around and saw that the giant owned a hen that could lay golden eggs.
When the giant was asleep, Jack stole the hen and climbed down the beanstalk. By the time Jack got back down, his mother was already very hungry. Jack told the hen to lay a golden egg, which the hen immediately did.
Jack's mother tried to eat the egg, but it broke six molars and two wisdom teeth. knowing what else to do with a hen that couldn't lay a normal egg. She killed it and had it for dinner and put off dying a starvation for a whole week.
