Broomstick

The adventures of the Shadow are on the air, brought to you each week by the Blue Cold dealers of America. These dramatizations are designed to demonstrate forcibly to old and younger like, that crime does not pay.

Before the Shadow begins today's adventure, I want to ask you a question. What's the best hard cold you've ever burned? Well, if you burn blue cold, I'll bet you can answer that question right off the bat.

And if you don't burn blue coal, I saw the field at my duty to tell you just what you've been missing. Clean, radiant, and big-erating warmth, the ticks that chill off the house in a jiffy.

That's the kind of heat you get from blue coal. Find out for yourself. Order a trial-turn from your neighborhood blue coal dealer tomorrow. Here show you the easy, economical way to heat your home. The shadow, the serious character who aids the forces of law and order, is in reality the month Cranston, wealthy young man about town.

As the shadow, Cranston is gifted with hypnotic power to cloud men's minds so that they cannot see him. Cranston's friend and companion, the lovely Margot Lane, is the only person who knows to whom the voice of the invisible shadow belongs.
