Today is the second anniversary of his operation, so I thought we'd celebrate. I went and bought some Aberdeen Angus beef,
marinated overnight in olive oil, crushed garlic, and chateau bottle carrot. And this morning I cut it into strips, dusted with flour and paprika, fried it in butter, added some cream. He hated it. New chunky meat.
