Jack Douglas. Well, let's hear from the man who knows Jack Douglas best. Ladies and gentlemen, Kerry Grant. Thank you John. The reason I know Jack Douglas is because I am Jack Douglas. For tonight, I'm in Paris and it's November.
For certain reasons having to deal with my unreasonable father, my misguided mother, and a rather nondescript girl named Patricia, I may be in Paris for the rest of my life. So here I am standing on the station platform saying goodbye to a lucky friend, the homeward found for America.
Look Jack, you better come with me. Oh no, I'm staying right here. But what will I tell you father? Tell him I'll be on the Normandy, steady next month. You'll be hopping mad. And look, what about Patricia?
Oh, that's plenty of time you look at Patricia after we're married. Listen, as man to man, George, what do you think of Patricia? Well, that's what I think. Well, along Jack, let it change your mind and come along.
