A ring. I know he's long, I'll believe you're right. No, see. Hello, Johnum Downstorm. This is Love & Abner. Let's see what's going on down in Pine Ridge. Love & Abner's contest for the best suggestion on spending to Ojini Smith's $10,000 gift to Pine Ridge didn't turn out so well.

None of the suggestions were worthwhile, so the old fellows awarded the prize box of groceries to the most needy contestant, one Ulysses as Quincy. Mr. Quincy immediately demanded that they carry out his suggestion of building a toll bridge in the town.

As we're looking on the little community today, we find Loman Abner in there, jollum down store discussing this new problem. Well, maybe old man Quincy'll forget about this bridge I did pretty soon. I've heard his woman say he's always getting big He's a big guy that is for indenting stuff, and then he forgets all about him by the next day.

Oh, yeah, he's all that figure now. Something he had a contraption rigged up there one day to do the churning firm. And it rigged up with a windmill. Well, I do know. He'll be all right on the wind today, reckon.

And I don't think he'll forget this now. You don't? Bound and determined that Pine Ridge is going to build a toll bridge. He knows we ain't got no river to put it across. Most ridiculous thing I ever heard of.

Well, maybe we went out and had a little talk with him, why he changes my mind. Talk with him. That's all I've been doing all morning. He keeps calling up every ten minutes when you're going to start the bridge.
