Mousey Loses His Last Fight

I don't believe that's our ring. I know, it's long, I'll believe you're right. No, see. Hello, John, I'm down the store. This is love and abner. Let's see what's going on down in Pine Ridge.

Tonight is Mouse's return boxing match with Iron-Eich at the Carnival in Cherry Hill. A lot depends on this fight because Lom's sole job now is managing Mousey. He signed over his share of the store and bakery to Abner as a means of getting mousie to quit his mill job and to spend more time training.

And then Abner decided to hold lumber this document, at least long enough to teach him a lesson. As we look in on the little community tonight we find Abner and Grandpappy Spears in the John-The-Down store waiting for a word of the fight.

Now sit down Abner and stop staring out the front-winder. Cedric will get here when he gets here and not know quicker. I know it, but I know that I wish he'd hurry up grandpa. That fight, or a view, were by now.

I'm sure he'll ain't suffer from here. Maybe Cedric forgot he's supposed to stop over here as soon as he got back to town. Maybe he went right straight home. No, sir, he promised he'd come here the first thing and tell me who went up.

I know that I always he'd hurry. Well, stop pacing backards and forwards there. You're making me nervous. I don't see why you're saying interest in this fight for any ways. It's Mom's doing and him and you ain't partners no more.

Well, I know, but Mom has put so much dependence in the mousey weapon, aren't I? He's going to be terrible disappointed feller. If Mousey loses, and that'd be the end of his boxing manager's career right there.
