The Skull That Walked

Good evening. This is Sergeant X. They say that ghosts and the like just don't exist. But when a person passes on, he just lies quietly, not bothering another soul, so to speak. You believe that, don't you?

Mm-hmm. Well, did you ever hear about the skull that walked home? Then listen, my friends, to the mystery playhouse. I guess superstitions are a pretty hard thing to down completely, isn't it? I mean, under certain circumstances, almost anybody can get the creeps and get them good.

I guess most of us are a little bit afraid of the unknown. For instance, taking a midnight stroll through a graveyard isn't exactly your idea of fun, is it? And I don't suppose you'd particularly go into ecstasies if you happen to witness a good gory murder either.

Well, there's a fellow I know who thinks this all comes under the heading of good clean fun. His hobby is horror, and he likes to tell stories along those lines. I think he has one for you right now.
