Stagecoach West

This one stagecoach West. California and I were riding through the bleakest country I've ever seen. Flat table and edge by bare rolling hills. Up ahead may be half a mile, vultures circled in the sky adding a sinister touch to the scene.

California and I were still above the table and threading our way out of the hills. And the sight of the carrion had been holding our eyes for the last thirty minutes. There's a lot of them, Huffy. Must be after something big.
