(SA) 84-06-23 (x) Pursuit by Night

Adventure! In tonight's story we present... Pursuit by night. We should be at Oliveville before much longer. I remember that tree which has passed at about 20 miles from the town.

Trees are so rare out here that they become landmarks. I'm surprised you can see anything out there in all this rain. And in the middle of the night on top of it. Well, I'd say the people who live in this area must be very pleased to see the rain.

I can only get it if they're lucky. He did. He did. He did. What's that up ahead? In the headlights. Looks like somebody walking at the side of the road. He's waving at us to stop.

Maybe his car's broken down and he's been walking to all of them. Do you think it's safe to stop? We can't just ignore them now. Not in this weather. Oh look at him he's soaking wet.

Which is to be expected of a circumstance. Yeah well for Pete's sake be careful. Good. Great. look at his face. I think he's been in an accident. Hey, have you been in an accident? Hey, hey, thank goodness you've come along. I need help. Are you alone? Yeah, my name's Lambert.

I'm a government treasury agent. I want you to take me to the nearest police as fast as possible. Well, get him the car. Hey, thanks. Oliveville is about 20 miles away. It's the nearest place.

It's only a small time, but it's fine. Oh, that's fine. Can we get going? You have any identification you say you're a treasury agent yeah here's my identification document what's happened to you what's going on it's nothing you worry about let's just get to the police as fast as we can where did you crash your car wasn't
