In said, oh, oh, Christmas, what's that? That's because bears just never can stay awake long enough to have any fun at Christmas. Why, by Halloween, every bear is sound asleep dreaming of April and honey, and perhaps a fish or two.
Oh, it's a little sad, don't you think? No Santa Claus, no Christmas tree, no presents, Then all because a bear is too sleepy to enjoy them. Now take Buzzy Bear for instance. Oh, who, who, me?
That's right, you. Come on, wake up a minute, Buzzy, and listen. Huh, huh, huh. There now. Buzzy Bear has a wonderful time six months out of every year, don't you, Buzzy? Oh, oh, yeah, I wake up in April and In May I lick the sweet sap from the trees And then June I gather honey
There's a bee Right on the end of my nose and in July I go fishing And in August I dig up juicy roots and chew them. And in September, September I gather nuts and grow very fat.
But by October, oh, I get very sleepy. Well, there goes Buzzy. October, and before the first snow falls he's curled up somewhere, snoring. And look at all buzzy bear misses. Thanksgiving turkey and plum pudding and Christmas shopping and toys and everything.
