What happens
Professor Ansel Tomlin of Brentwood, Illinois, is visited on his porch by a blue humanoid calling himself George of Zanthar, who says he has come to study Earth and prepare it for conquest. George reads minds, refuses to leave, and kills an officer who tries to arrest him. Tomlin's wife Helen worries as the professor tries to convince the town and the authorities that the machine must be stopped. The episode is part of the X Minus One series and is presented on NBC.
