What happens
Tarzan rescues Mara, a young woman of the Wamanusi village, after she escapes from Arab slave raiders who have stolen the tribe's cattle and crops. He confronts the raiders' general, Benaiub, in their camp and demands the captives be freed, but Benaiub refuses and dismisses him. Tarzan then travels to the city of Kharadan to seek help from its caliph, who is a friend. The caliph tells him of an oracle who claims to know the future from an ancient book, and Tarzan goes to meet him in an abandoned fortress.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
