What happens

Tarzan comes upon a young native girl, Keo, and her brother-in-waiting Ruka in a clearing where a lioness has attacked. Ruka must kill an animal and eat its heart to become a warrior before he can claim Keo, and he tells Tarzan that his father and then he are to be poisoned by their tribe. Tarzan tries to learn the location of their village, but the two slip away into the jungle. Later, at the trading post of Aangiki, Tarzan learns from Alfred Blount that the Mogu people have been in turmoil since the river flooded their fields. Tarzan sets out by river to reach them, accompanied by Blount.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
