What happens
Tarzan and Jane, with Lieutenant Donald and the rescued Professor Porter, camp in the jungle after escaping the cannibal tribe and fighting off a lion. Professor Porter is feverish and weak, and the group sits by a fire through the night, keeping watch for the cannibals. Tensions rise as Donald grows short-tempered and Jane admits to a deep, unexplained dread. Tarzan remains alert, shares coffee with the others, and listens as the fire is kept burning. The group's wary vigil in the dark forms the heart of this installment.
A jungle camp at night, near the cannibal tribe's territory, where the group keeps a fire burning against lions and hostile tribesmen.

Listen for: Jane's growing sense of dread and Tarzan's reassurances as the group keeps watch through the night.
Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
