What happens

Tarzan rescues Harry Douglas, a pilot whose plane crashes in the African jungle after he tries to smuggle diamonds out of the country. Harry insists on returning to the wreckage, and Tarzan reluctantly takes him there. Their journey leads them into the hands of the Womabo tribe, whose chief holds them captive and demands the diamonds in exchange for their lives. Tarzan must find a way to satisfy the chief's demands before the next full moon. The story is adapted from the writings of Edgar Rice Burroughs and presented as part of the Tarzan radio series, originally broadcast on March 13, 1952.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
