What happens

Tarzan rescues Jane Porter from the pirate ship and carries her into the jungle, where they reach the great apes' territory. Tarzan answers a call for help from his tribe and takes Jane along to the gathering around the sacrificial mound. Meanwhile, Lieutenant Donald and Professor Porter's shipwrecked party, stranded on a coral reef, argue over ammunition, rations and whether to trust the pirates. Tarzan returns to the empty hut in the clearing, where the others are nowhere to be seen. The episode is part of the Tarzan radio series, and its original air date was December 20, 1932.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
