What happens

Lieutenant McDougall of the Detective Bureau receives a call that a man named Charles Reagan has stolen a single-engine plane from a local airfield and is flying it erratically over the city. McDougall and Sergeant Kelly coordinate with the Air Force and civil defense as the plane circles overhead. They visit Reagan's wife, who describes her husband as full of hate after he was fired that morning. Next they question Carl Van Alden, the station manager who let Reagan go, and McDougall urges him to order an evacuation. The episode is part of the Suspense series, and the transcript does not give its air date or cast details beyond the star's name.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
