What happens
Maggie, a waitress at a roadside diner, is about to get engaged to Charlie, a truck driver who regularly stops there. Two men, Benno and Zell, have planned to rob an armored truck that passes the diner on a set schedule, and Benno has been using Maggie's connection with the drivers to make the plan work. Charlie is uneasy as the robbers gather in the diner, and Maggie is caught between the men and the guards. The story follows the tense minutes before the armored truck arrives, with the outcome of the planned robbery still unresolved in this part of the broadcast.
