What happens
Cal Foster, a pharmacist in Manksville, is about to leave for a dance when a customer, Mrs. Smith, collects a prescription from him. Cal's wife Marion mistakenly labels the wrong bottle, so the digitalis meant for an elderly woman goes home with Mrs. Smith and her son Tippy. Cal realizes the error only after the woman has driven away, and he and the sheriff must work out which road she has taken and where she might stop. The episode is the Suspense play To None a Deadly Drug, broadcast on October 25, 1955, and it is told mainly through Cal's and Marion's anxious search.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
