What happens
Two armed robbers, Danny and Al, hold up a store and are shot, with Danny badly wounded. They force a doctor's wife, Mrs. Bell, to help them. When Mr. Carter, a patient who had come to the office, is taken hostage and made to help her, they force him to help operate on the wounded Danny. The tense standoff continues as Mrs. Bell and Carter work to save the boy under the watchful eye of the gunman. Carter and Mrs. Bell must act carefully while the robbers keep the house under their control.
