What happens
Jim Walters, a brawler just released from a small-town jail after a bar fight with Tim Bennett, looks for Bennett at the fun park. Mary Jane Kennedy, a secretary who lives near the park, has been speaking with Walt and seems uneasy about him. Walt goes to the funhouse, where Bennett is working on the mechanical giant that guards its back exit. Walt finds the giant's mechanism broken and wrecked, and a frightened Walt is left trapped inside a funhouse with a dead man and a machine that seems to move on its own. Suspense, starring Frank Lovejoy, first aired on May 3, 1954.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
