What happens
Warren Milford is driving home with his wife Gladys on the Oakland Bay Bridge when two hot rods race toward them, forcing his car into a steel support. Gladys dies of her injuries, and Lieutenant Harbor of the San Francisco Police Department begins tracing the youths who call themselves the Jolly Highriders. Harbor questions the club's members at their gymnasium meeting place, where several of them give evasive answers about a stolen club car. The story follows his inquiries among the members and their families as he presses for the truth about the night on the bridge. This is an episode of the Suspense series, first aired on August 27, 1951.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
