His growing unease about his own actions leads to a frightening confrontation at Janet's house.
A country home and its surrounding countryside, with a town and a railroad trestle nearby, in the 1960s.
Characters: John Styrie, Janet, Mrs. Wilkes
Listen for: The diary entries describing John's two selves and the escalating disturbing episodes involving his hands and Janet.
Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
