What happens

Robert Farley, a long-serving bank teller, has spent seventeen years waiting for a chance to steal from the bank where he works. When a masked gunman robs the bank and a clerk is shot, Farley seizes the moment and hides a briefcase full of cash. Suspicion soon falls on him, and a younger colleague named Graves begins to press him for a share of the money. Farley must decide how far he will go to keep what he has taken. The story is part of the Suspense radio series, first broadcast on May 31, 1951, and stars Dick Powell.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
