What happens
Lieutenant Langer, a former police officer, returns to see Bruno, a repairman and former fence whom he once let go. Langer demands two thousand dollars from Bruno, threatening to frame him with stolen gems unless he pays. Bruno pays, but Langer is struck by a sudden collapse and is left lying in an alley, where he is found by neighborhood men who take his wallet. The story is set in a rough city neighborhood and is presented as part of the Suspense series, first broadcast on February 28, 1960.
