New York City, a movie house and the surrounding city, then Mobile, Alabama

Characters: John Adams, Tex, Oscar, Joe, Margie

Listen for: John's arrival in New York and his first days working at the movie house, as Tex, Oscar and Joe begin to pull him into their arrangements.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
