What happens
Bill Scott and his companion Eve Spinelli are on their honeymoon-like outing in Havana, sightseeing and then visiting Sloppy Joe's, where a photographer takes their picture. Eve is suddenly stabbed in Bill's arms, and Bill is left holding her body. Detectives arrive and Bill explains that Eve had married Ed Spinelli, a Tampa nightclub owner, after he forced her to choose between marriage and death, and that Bill had worked for Spinelli as a driver. Bill is arrested, and the pressure in the case grows as he tries to clear his name. Brian Donlevy stars in this Suspense episode, broadcast on August 31, 1944.
