What happens

Henry Andrews, a mild-mannered man who enjoys easy living, begins having nightmares in which he sees Aaron Burr at various places around New York. His wife, who narrates the story, grows worried as his dreams center on Burr and on Alexander Hamilton, the two men locked in a famous past quarrel. Henry's behavior becomes increasingly strange as the dreams intensify. The episode is an adaptation of a James Thurber story, presented on the Suspense series with Robert Young and Geraldine Fitzgerald in the lead roles. It first aired on August 3, 1943.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
