What happens
Superman's adventures continue as Professor Blessing and his henchman Froggy plan a new swindle in Metropolis. Posing as a would-be partner, the professor persuades Max, the owner of a shabby diner called the Honey Bee, to let him sell the place. Later, reporters Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen receive a call from Dave Powers, a man who claims to have been cheated by a racket, but Powers changes his mind and grows strangely frightened when they arrive at the diner. The two reporters sense that something is wrong, and the mystery deepens as the episode closes on an unresolved cliffhanger.
