What happens
Lois Lane has vanished from her apartment, which has been ransacked in the night. Clark Kent and editor Perry White suspect that a fortune teller named Zara and a lawyer named Harris, who were swindling an elderly spinster, Miss Louisa, took her. Clark visits Zara's house but finds only a stern housekeeper who will say nothing. The lawyer's office proves empty, and his partner Mr. Daniels knows little about him. Inspector Henderson joins the search and the three head to Miss Louisa's apartment, only to learn from the landlady that a green-eyed man collected her early that morning. Clark and his companions must now find where the women have been taken.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
