What happens
Lois Lane and Horatio Horn, a Daily Planet reporter and his amateur-detective companion, are held prisoners in a hidden warehouse on a remote beach near St. Selmo. Their captor, the fisherman Ike Barnaby, has been ordered by an unseen contact to dispose of them. Meanwhile Superman searches the coast for the missing pair, questioning a wary old fisherman and then flying out over the fishing banks. The Adventures of Superman, from the Kellogg's PEP sunshine serial, is presented here as the episode is heard in this part, with the two reporters trapped in the dark and Barnaby preparing to carry out his orders.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
