What happens
Lois Lane and reporter Ratio Horn travel to the fishing village of San Salmo on Canada's Atlantic coast, where villagers are terrified of something in the deep waters offshore. Captain Jonathan Marble agrees to take them to the fishing grounds in his boat, the Nancy Ruth, warning them of the danger. Back in Metropolis, Clark Kent is held in the office of editor Perry White, who doubts Lois's story but senses something important is behind it. Aboard the boat, the fog begins to lift and the group nears the spot where the creature was last seen. This is the second part of the Superman serial, broadcast on April 29, 1947, featuring the series' regular cast.
