What happens
Clark Kent and his colleagues at the Daily Planet are pursuing a campaign against District Attorney Parker, whom they believe is corrupt. Editor White, Lois Lane and Ralph Remson have gone to see the governor for help, while Kent remains behind. Remson grows suspicious of Kent's movements, and Kent is sharply criticized for wanting to drop the campaign. Kent is shown being challenged by his colleagues and is then fired, leading to a dramatic confrontation. The series is The Adventures of Superman, a transcribed radio serial first broadcast in 1940.
