What happens
Lois Lane and Perry White, editor of The Daily Planet, drive toward a naval base to cover the story of a stranded submarine, but they lose their way and end up at a deserted house on a cliff overlooking the sea. There they are captured at gunpoint by a man who tells them that Clark Kent will soon join them. Meanwhile, Clark Kent is trapped on a rescue submarine 250 feet below the surface alongside Commander Leeds, who is reluctant to let him attempt an escape through the hatch. The Adventures of Superman is the series, and this episode is part two of a serial story, broadcast on May 14, 1941.
