What happens
Clark Kent and editor Perry White visit Dr. Chi Wan, an Oriental scholar, in his Chinatown apartment to discuss the Dragon's Teeth, ten pieces of clear jade said to reveal the secret of everlasting life. After tea is served, Perry White collapses, apparently poisoned, and Dr. Wan vanishes from the room. Meanwhile, reporter Lois Lane and young Jimmy Olsen follow Kent to Chinatown, looking for the story. They find Dr. Wan's shop closed and climb to the apartment above, where they learn that Kent and White have disappeared from a locked room and that Dr. Wan refuses to let them leave.
