What happens
Clark Kent investigates the mysterious disappearance of Sidney Reichbrot, a British explorer, whose identity is in doubt. After Superman rescues Tumbleweed Jones from the river, a stranger offers money to find Tumbleweed and bring him in. Kent suspects someone has altered Sidney's hotel room to make it appear she never existed. Tumbleweed is hidden in a closet as a man arrives to take him away, and the episode ends with Tumbleweed's fate uncertain. The Adventures of Superman, a radio serial, aired on January 27, 1941.
