What happens
Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen drive the amnesiac baseball pitcher Bud Smith toward the ballpark, unaware that he is really Superman. Big George Latimer and private detective Al McGuire follow in another car, plotting to ambush him. Latimer has arranged for the road ahead to be blocked and the traffic diverted, and the trap is set on Dunhill Road. Lois, Jimmy and Bud encounter a suspicious roadblock and a large truck that moves toward their car. The Adventures of Superman was a radio serial from 1947, and this episode, part 24, aired on June 16, 1947. Bud Smith's conversation with Lois and Jimmy about his past and missing memory is part of the story.
