What happens
Superman, weakened by kryptonite and suffering memory loss, is travelling by train to Metropolis to join a new baseball team under the name Buttsmith. Aboard the train, the crooked politician George Latimer and his associate Alan McGuire confront him, and the conductor refuses to let the two men stay on the train. Latimer vows revenge and chartering a plane, he hurries ahead of the train. The series is The Adventures of Superman, first broadcast on June 12, 1947.
