What happens
Clark Kent and Lois Lane follow a classified ad offering a leopard skin to a man named Brawer, hoping it leads to the Leopard Woman, leader of an oriental spy ring who has recently escaped custody. At a waterfront house, the Leopard Woman confronts them at gunpoint and has them locked in a cramped basement cell. Trapped in the dark, Lois grows frightened while Clark listens through the floor to a radio message about an American oil tanker. The episode is part nine of the 1942 series The Adventures of Superman, first aired on January 30, 1942.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
