What happens
Clark Kent, now trapped in a dark dungeon beneath Saram's palace on the strange planet Utopia, is under threat from the cruel Regent Saram. Saram has given Jimmy Olsen one minute to choose how he will die. Clark tricks a guard into believing Superman has vanished from his cell, and another man stands in his place. Saram orders a search for Superman and questions a stranger who calls himself Superman, while his captain of the guards reports on the hunt. Saram then has Jimmy placed in a cell with the man called John Smith, hoping to overhear them through a hidden listening device. The Adventures of Superman is a 1947 radio serial, and this is part 10 of its Mystery of the Lost Planet storyline, first broadcast on April 22, 1947.
