What happens

Clark Kent and his colleague Jimmy Olsen are at the Metropolis High School basketball game when they learn that two players, Casimir Pulaski and Tony Rizzoulli, are being taken away by police. The players were recently ambushed and beaten on the street, and the teammates are of foreign ancestry, which makes them targets of the Knights of the White Carnation, a hate group led by Vincent Kirby. Sergeant Healy says the boys are charged with taking money from a gambler to throw the state championship game, and he says a professional gambler named Jip Minro has confessed. Clark is convinced the charge is a frame-up. This is part five of the Superman radio serial, and the episode ends on a cliffhanger.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
