What happens
Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen investigate a secret group of Metropolis businessmen called the Knights of the White Carnation, led by Vincent Kirby, who wants four star players of foreign ancestry removed from the Metropolis High School basketball team. When Clark attends the state championship game at the armory, the four players are missing, suspended by the school board chairman, and the crowd turns angry. A steel girder begins to crack under the stamping spectators, and Superman steps in to hold it up until police arrive and clear the grandstand. Clark then confronts Henry Mortimer, the chairman of the Metropolis School Board, who refuses to explain his order. Mortimer, frightened, goes to Kirby.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
