What happens
Clark Kent, a reporter, and his friend Bruce Wayne, who secretly works as Batman, investigate a string of bank robberies in small towns outside Metropolis. The robber has superhuman strength, wears a blue costume and red cape like Superman's, and sends the stolen money to charity. Clark confesses he fears he may be the burglar during spells of memory loss since his exposure to atomic energy. Bruce doubts this and insists another Superman must exist. The two plan a trap, placing Batman and Robin at a bank in Somerset while Clark covers Lordville, and linking them by walkie-talkie. The episode is part of the long-running radio series The Adventures of Superman, first broadcast on February 1, 1946.
